Kvass is a traditional drink of Belarusians. Unchanged recipe of it has come to us from the depths of centuries. In the old days, our ancestors cooked real fermented kvass with a bread crust – rich, bright, with a slight sourness and tongue-tingling bubbles. Generously served on the table in the years of prosperity, they also escaped from hunger in a bad harvest. Kvass is a natural soft drink that perfectly quenches thirst in the summer heat. In addition, kvass is rich in useful substances, enzymes, amino acids that improve digestion and saturate the body with energy.
