Butter – 70 g
Flour – 1 h l
Cream – 100 ml
Sour cream – 100 g
Spices, herbs

The cooking process itself will take you no more than 10 minutes:

Fry the flour in butter, pour in the cream and mix until smooth. Soak the mixture for a couple of minutes, then pour in the sour cream and hold it on the fire again for 3 minutes. Add spices and herbs, remove from heat.
