Kvass “Starazhytny Bachkavy”, without a doubt, is good in itself. And together with a suitable snack – even better! Today, friends, we offer you to cook stuffed eggs with fish for your favorite drink.

Surely you have tried this snack more than once! However, we hasten to convince you: in a gastronomic duet with kvass “Starazhytny Bachkavy”, it will simultaneously open for you in a new way, and give the drink interesting notes in taste. Not to try such an unusual combination would be a real crime. So let’s not delay, but cook.

To prepare stuffed eggs, you will need:
Egg – 2 pieces
Canned saury/ tuna/ pollock caviar – 20 g
Onion – 1 piece
Vegetable oil – 1h.l.
Black pepper and salt to taste
Greenery for decoration

Cooking:
1.Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool in cold water, peel and cut into halves. Remove the yolks from the eggs, mash them with a fork.

2. Chop the onion as finely as possible. Open the canned food, drain the liquid and mash the fish with a fork. If you have caviar, you do not need to knead it.

3. Mix the yolk, fish and onion into a homogeneous minced meat, season with olive or other vegetable oil, add salt and black pepper to taste.

4. Put the minced meat in the egg halves with a slide. You can decorate the finished snack with a sprig of parsley or dill.
