The primary organization of the Public Association "Byelorussian Republican Youth Union" OJSC Krinitsa

The OJSC Krinitsa considers youth as an important social group of a social structure, which will define future political, social and economic development strategies of the country. Krinitsa handles youth support, healthcare and physical training programmes, provides equal opportunities for young people in receiving education.

Professional training and education of the working youth are among the priorities of the company\'s policy.

The main goals:

— promoting active citizenship among young people.

The main tasks:

— the overall coverage of the state youth policy in the Republic, explanation of social and economic policy of the country\'s government;

— patriotic education of the working youth of the enterprise; buildup of spiritual and moral values of young people; formation of the feeling of respect to the heroic past, traditions, customs and spiritual heritage of our nation;

— social and economic support of the working youth;

— development and support of the youth\'s scientific and creative potential; assuring participation of the enterprise\'s team in creative competitions, festivals; stimulation of young people\'s self-development etc;

— management of youth\'s leisure time; promotion of healthy lifestyle and breaking bad habits; engaging young people into sports and systematic trainings;

— prevention of law violation; raising young people\'s legal culture; engaging the youth into protection of public order.

Today the membership of the primary organization of the Public Association "Byelorussian Republican Youth Union" OJSC Krinitsa includes 34 people, who take active part in social and sport life of the enterprise, as well as in different kinds of competitions.
